Introduction

 Cwyde is a utility for communicating on a decentralized network. Cwyde addresses some of the privacy concerns on social media platforms, and is designed to do the best it can to maintain anonymity, at your discretion.

 Want people to know your identity? Share your public key with them on an external platform and have them add you as a friend. Now all messages from you will show the name they assigned for your key, only to them.

Getting Started

To get started, simply download the binary for your platform and you're ready to go, no dependencies required, place it on your path for convenience.

Next, run:

cwyde init

This creates the initial directory at ~/.cwyde/, if it does not exist, and also attempts to fetch the official seed node list.
